HI to all the readers of this forum. Having completed several weeks of reading all of the 79 pages with all of the subpages in the forum, one of the most important messages that was included in a quote from one of the very first posts now has more relevance for me than ever.
"As a bare minimum, serious students should expect to purchase the basic materials in addition to taking private lessons from Mr. Callet or one of his advanced students."
The most read help throughout all of the pages I have read is to call Mr Callet to get on the right track. With the sad passing of Mr Callet what now!
Like so many others for a noobie taking up TCE we ask is this what I am supposed to be doing?
There are exceptional explanations throughout the pages that provide imagined visualization of the setup and playing process but I cant count how many times that the help ended with but call MR Callet.
Has one of the experts in the method taken up the mantel for Mr Callet?
With the majority of linked videos no longer working, listening and seeing the method in practice is challenging.
Has another expert been able to gain the ear training that Mr Callet must have had to diagnose people over the telephone?
Thank you for reading my thoughts. |

Get in touch with Ralph Salamone.
He's the most experienced of all the TCE teachers.
He also took over Jerry's mouthpiece business.

Also consider Mac Gollehon. He’s a monster player (look him up). And he studied with Jerry from Trumpet Yoga on. He’s especially good at recognizing which approach is likely best for each player. Mac is in NYC, but he also does phone and Zoom. 917-412-5917. |

You also may wish to consider Bahb Civiletti - a very accomplished pupil of Jerome who has been teaching the TCE for over 25 years.
Surely his name came up a few times in those 79 pages? _________________ UK-based professional trumpeter.
