clear of this dead beat. He doesn't respond to e-mails and he never sent my booklet after receiving payment. The only e-mail he responded to was my first (after weeks) and said he mailed the booklet to the wrong person. Six e-mails later, I have not heard anything else from him.

Can you believe, after probably 40 e-mails I just received my music book today. Well at least it's in time for Christmas 2004.

That's surprising. Hal Leonard actually reccomends buying music from them. If it was a HL publication (which I doubt) you should send them a line about the whole dealing

What was suprising is the feedback. I know what you're saying. I'm surprised also to see that Hal Leonard would recommend the seller. I'm not trying to discredit you in any way.
