|
|
As the title suggests, I'm looking for tips on finding flags for a herald trumpet that I recently picked up. Google has been absolutely useless so far, but maybe I'm just not using the right keywords.
Regardless, considering this is literally called trumpetHERALD.com, I'm hoping I may receive some help with looking for the flags themselves. Much obliged. |

I had a set of Reynolds Imperial heralds that I used to play for a local charity that has many functions throughout the year. I got a hi-res graphic of their insignia and had a local sign shop print out some flags on banner vinyl with grommets to attach to the rings. They have lasted for years...

It's a rite of passage to make (or have someone make) flags for you! _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------------

What would you want depicted on the flags? _________________ "He that plays the King shall be welcome . . . " (Hamlet Act II, Scene 2, Line 1416)

I searched using “Custom Herald Banner” and found a lot of banners and resources.
For instance this link at Etsy has people that will make custom banners.
London Fanfare Trumpets specializes in custom banners. |

Thank you, Professor; this is the answer I didn't want to see, but was secretly hoping to!
Thanks to everyone else for the help. |

In all seriousness, we have a set of heralds at the institution I'm teaching at, and I searched far and wide for some, and ended up having them made. They turned out great, and we use them fairly often!
Good luck! _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------------
