I'm considering a Curry Flugel MP and am interested in folk's experience with the universal shank, my horn takes a larger morse taper. _________________ Bach Stradivarius 180S37

It should definitely work in a large(er) Morse taper receiver. _________________ "He that plays the King shall be welcome . . . " (Hamlet Act II, Scene 2, Line 1416)

My Couesnon became much easier to play, with better intonation and range, after I switched from the regular Bach taper (wrong taper!) to a Curry French taper (actually straight) 3C FL-F.
Can't speak for the newer universals. _________________ 1985 Bach 37
