I have been recently playing and found a lump inside of my bottom lip. It’s been there for 3 weeks so far. What can I do for it to go away.

I'd recommend going to a dermatologist as soon as possible.
Regular cold sores and minor cuts should be gone in a couple of days, so anything that lingers longer than that needs to be checked out.
I have an active thread titled 'Having surgery on lower lip' detailing what I'm currently going through.
Hopefully your cyst is a lot simpler to deal with than mine.
