REVERB nightmare.

Any reverb stories to tell? I have one.
Ordered a 900.00 instrument. listed by a "dealer" In southbridge Ma. Paypal paid .I received confirmation shipping label made ,and its on its way thank you 5 days later i get a shipping cancelation notice. reverb returned my money..My guess they found another buyer for more money...

How is that a nightmare, and
How is that Reverb's fault?

If you think the seller was unfair and you thought Reverb should intervene, did you contact them?

reverb being the middleman listed the thing not really knowing it didn't exist. Did you ever check the porch every day for a week looking for your sweet order. then simply told we canceled... not good business. Just sayin

So again, what do you think Reverb did wrong and what should they have done differently?

And why did you post this under "Cornet/Flugelhorn"?

I don't think this is the fault of the service provider at all. Plus on Reverb you can actually check your order status online. No need to look at the porch everyday when you can check online through Reverb to see if the item has shipped or not. Novel concept, eh?

You got your money back. A $900 horn ain't a priceless collectible. Try again with a different dealer, but with Reverb. You got your money back.
