What's the deal with Holton horns?

I've only played on a couple, and they've all played very nice, but how do they hold up?

I worked at a large music store last year, and one of the senior salesmen commented on the Arturo model was junk, and that it rots out from the inside within a few years.

"if you want the Arturo model, just get the Schilke it's based on"
