Classic Wynton obviously done by Wynton Marsalis is a really good recording. what he does with Variations on "Le Carnaval de Venise" still blows me away.

Yes, Wynton is a master of the trumpet and plays wonderfully! Just for kicks.. you should search for a piece called "Carnival of Venus" by Allen Vizzutti. It is a theme and variations on the Carnival of Venice except it is much harder!!!!

Allen Vizzutti has the most ridiculous "technical" chops of anyone I've ever heard.
