I'd like to encourage you all to utilize the Calendar on the site.

Post recitals, orchestra concerts, big band gigs, competitions, masterclasses, conferences, etc. so we can all see what's going on.

The system is set up to organize events by city as well, so when enough events are up, you can find out what's happening in your area.

We already have a few events for September:

but the more the merrier

Best,

TD

Hey all:

Get your Christmas/Kwanzaa/Hanukkah events on the calendar now! It's interesting to see what everyone is doing this holiday season.

To manage your calendar events, go here:

Absolutely! Everything's game so long as it's related to trumpet somehow...

Todd,

Even though I deleted all of my old posts the calendar will not let me add any more entries. It says that I am at my limit of 30 ad postings.

I have a lot more dates I want to post and I can't add anything past the end of the month.

Help!

Pat: fixed this issue ... sry about that. Post to your heart's content!

You'll have to delete one calendar event from your calendar account, then the system will correct itself and off ya go.

I would guess that this is alittle to late to post this, but I want to. Our marching band (Jones County) went to competition in Effingham county (sp?) for our second competition this past Saturday and got Superiour (again, sp?)!! Just wanted to say that. Our Drum Mojors were litterly ONE point from tying for fist over everybody, and our drumline was also ONE point from getting a 1 also (they got a 2, and was the only two in the score), but most important... WE ALL HAD FUN!!!!!!
