Hi! I am Antero Ávila. I am a composer.

In the past few years I have written chamber music in a "contemporary" style.

This time I wanted to do something more traditional, yet, with something fresh and new.

There is a march and a new piece: a funny, light Ouverture.

please post some feedback (good or bad. very important to me.)

Hope you enjoy.

Hi.
I use Finale to write and to playback my compositions.
It's good to write. Not so good for playback... but we get the picture

More comments please! I will soon make those avaiable.

I like the march! At two points (2:28 and 3:08 of your mp3 file) the music reminds me of O Canada - 0:42-0:44 of the following recording:

Your overture is a nice piec of music too. Keep up the good work!

Yes! It never came across my mind... but indeed that is correct! In a different context, but it's there...
