May I suggest NOT changing anything, unless of course you are playing on one of those horrid 14a4a mouthpieces that Yamaha used to sell with all thier trumpets for a while. What are you playing on now? Then perhaps I could suggest something.

Whoops, I just noticed you did say that you now have a Blessing 7C. Sorry I didn't see that before. Turning back to your question. I should say quest. he he. We trumpet players are always looking for a better mp. I'm sure you figured this out already. Even though the Blessing mps are sort of "generic" if you know what I mean, They are not terrible. It's the "less is more" concept. keep it.
