Is anyone playing here a Bach Spada trumpet? You just don't see them often. The only player I know who played one is Till Brönner.
What are the differences with the standard Bach's?

I do...I am kind of spada fan The main difference with the "normal" Strad is that usually they have tuning bells and every part can be changed (bells, leadpipes, tuning slides). After you choose your set-up Spada makes sure that everything fits nicely together and that everything works properly (slides, pistons etc).

All the Spada's I've seen, and played, didn't have braces between leadpipe and bell.
The conversions they make, surely do improve the average Bach, but missing these braces, doesn't provide me enough stability, which I dislike.

I'd love to try a spada with a fixed bell, and braces...

( I also dislike that in the schilke tuning bell and the Stomvi master )

There is such I horn, but have not tried it and for the moment it does not really interest me as it is advertised as jazz/light horn and for the moment I am rather in the orchestral business

Me too, but I must honestly say, that those descriptions are not always accurate. They said about the same thing about my Olds Recording, but still it was the best Bb horn I had.

It's all a matter of trying.

But when I'm in Bulgaria, I'd be delighted to play your horn, we can do some duets..
