Harriet Brewing's Elevator Doppelbock!
Or maybe Surly Schadenfreude...
Lakefront Eastside Dark Lager?
Lazy Monk Dark Bohemian?
New Glarus Road Slush? (I really like their Cabin Fever Honey Bock, but it's not too dark. Lots of flavor, though) _________________ LA Benge 3X Bb Trumpet

Oh, hello, have been away also quite some time. New job, new town (during the week, that is). Still married on the weekends. First daughter left home for studying biology, second still home.
Hello creator, and so sorry for your loss. Hopefully some of Lara's brownies and beer may help.
Less beer and brownies for me, trying to loose weight. Got 5kg down, planning 5 more in order to achieve a new personal record over 42km in May.
What else? I forgot. _________________

Sadly work has caused me to ignore not just ITP but TH recently.
My apologies for absence
(this applies to missing ITG this year as well) |

German or Wisconsin?
Leinie's? (lots of Weiss beers)
Spatan?
Hacker-Pschorr?
Erdinger?
Paulaner?
Augustiner?
Weihenstephan?
I love a good Bavarian Dunkel. There's a few good Austrian ones too, I had in Vienna many years ago.
Doppelbock is also a favorite of mine. _________________ LA Benge 3X Bb Trumpet

I guess Silverstar is all grown up now, and she knows what we trumpet players like! Pardon me for ignoring everyone while I enjoy a hearty pint of e-Guinness! Cheers! _________________ Schilke B1 trumpet

How's the running going, uli? Ran (well, mostly walked) a half marathon in the mountains in May and could not ignore the feeling that I might die on that adventure!

Please recall there's a 120-page limit, so this thread can only be ignored for a few more pages before being recreated... _________________ "After silence, that which best expresses the inexpressible, is music" - Aldous Huxley |

Most excellent. Perhaps we should start a poll ('cause office pools are wrong) as to when that will occur.
Of course, it would probably just be ignored. |

Rather well, indeed. Did a marathon in march with a personal best in 3:14, although the weather was not at all optimal (25°C, sunny) and the course had many sharp turns.
Since then, recreation mostly. Have recreated 5 or more kg. Back to more intense running now, but feel the weight.

Kegs and running do not necessarily mix. (Especially not near something called "Becky's Bluff") |

Where am I? Is this real life? I think I just hit my head and fell back four years ago........
ITP?!?!?!
Remember when we had a contest to see if we could get to a certain page count or post count before Trumpetmike's birthday? I think Emily, Lara, and myself dominated the pages! And we won..... in our time zone . _________________

| You know it's going to be a weird day when you get an email asking you to bring a kazoo to a brass band rehearsal. |
