Anyone using a Wick for their trumpet. I love the sound of my Wick 4.5 in my cornet and wanted to try a 4B in my Severinsen. I'm trying to tame the brightness a little.
Any thoughts? _________________ Veteran comebacker!

I have a Wick 3 cornet piece and a Wick 3 trumpet piece. The only thing the same is the rim.
That said, the Wick 3 feels ok and sounds ok. It's worth me keeping though I don't use it much.

Thanks for the reply!
Why do you not use it much if it feels and sounds okay? Is it because it is just okay and not great? Just curious! _________________ Veteran comebacker!
