i know it's a jubilee model, but for what? Was it made along the standard models, or was there any kind of special atention paid to the manufacture?
I have one that i bought for my 11 year old son who played the trumpet for a while. Since he has now quit, I started using it at work, and it is one of the easiest Bach Bb flats to play that I've ever came across!
Mine has a 43 bell.
Please, tell me what you know about these horns! _________________ Principal trumpet Gothenburg Opera Orchestra

I love this model! It has a reversed leadpipe and lightweight body with standard weight bell (I believe). I also think this was what lead to the LR models (I could be mistaken, it might be the LT models).
They were a limited run of 2000 each and a certificate shipped with each one stating the above language.
I own a 195 and it plays very open for me but it seems to have a bit of a deep tone that my 19043B does not. I think both of these are very similar instruments, but the 195 plays with more of a classical tone for me. _________________ Life's a journey, not a destination. |

I just love mine more and more. Were these horns built along with the standard configurations, or were they made in the "custom order departement", giving them somer attention to detail?
The reason for this question is that everything on it seem to be so well made- something that was sometimes not the case back then....
Lovely, vibrant horn! _________________ Principal trumpet Gothenburg Opera Orchestra

Digging up old thread here, but does anyone know what the 195 leader pipe is? is it just a LR 25? _________________ Principal trumpet Gothenburg Opera Orchestra
