I only have an old Getzen Eterna Flügelhorn (4-valves)
very large bore (about 11,5 mm)
(with a lots of dents, after 1001 gigs)
I use it with a Bach 3C (also a quiet big piece)
I really prefer much more a "small-bore-sound"
(but I have no money to change the equipment)
¿ could a small throat/backbore mouthpiece aproximate my ideal ?
is there something on the market WITH 3C RIM ¿?¿?
(I play so many years on Bach #3 (also on the trumpets) so it´s difficult to change) |

You might wish to offer up this flugelhorn as a trade for a smaller bore flugelhorn in the TH marketplace. _________________ Dr. Michael Schmidt the world's loudest trumpet player.
