OOOOOH! AAAAAAH!

The only reason I have high end and custom horns is to have something to talk about when I pull one out of the case, before they hear me play.

I WANT ONE.

So, it's a trumpet on a fluglehorn chassis?

Now that is the horn you use to stick it to that Joker in the sax section. Or french horn for that matter. Sorry, couldn't resist that one.

You get that, you'll have to include the 'Bat Trumpet Utility Belt'. Imagine all the goodies that could hold.

Yeah, and a Tiffany lamp doesn't give off very much light either, but that's really not the point, is it?

Choices:

Bach 37, or Kanstul 37, or B&S 37, or Getzen, or Edwards or, etc., etc

Martin Committee, or Lawler C7

Harrelson, or Blackburn, or Scodwell, or Miles

Taylor "Bat" or...

"Dude! look at THAT!!!

Sometimes I think Mr. Taylor is just crazy. He apparently has the most fun job in the world.

Come ON, guys! Specs??? That thing isn't about how it plays, it's about how it "plays". It's the baddest party favor/chick magnet ever! And Davie Howes... Batman theme... Two MUCH!

I sure didn't think it was "tinny". It does sound like he was clipping the mic.

I'm a little disappointed in the sound. I expected a grittier tone to fit with the theme.

I want one.

If you need to know any of that, you probably shouldn't be buying the horn. It's kind of like buying a $400,000 sports car. There's a very small population that saves their money to do something like that. The rest walk into the dealership, and bring it to the register without a second thought.

Also, for anyone who doesn't like how it sounds: don't buy it.

I do not need to ask the price I already know I cannot currently afford it.......It is funy how one can go from having $3000-$8000 in ones walet on a regular basis so you can buy the odd Muscle Car sitting on the side of the road to not being able to afford a new trumpet! LOL......I know how that feels......

Today I had to buy a new TV because to old one my Big screen 60++++ inch Monster failed after about 6-7 years of use! It was $1200 back then....Many a good Super Bowl Parties have been viewed on it not to mention all the Austin City Limit shows!!!!

So I have been saving up for about a year not counting trumpet project money and such because I really really wanted to get a new horn.....Well I do not watch TV much but I do like to rent a movie from time to time and my boys watch all kinds of Educational show not to mention Sat. morning Cartoons......So I ended up dropping all my trumpet money on a TV I ended up getting a 60 inch Plasma about $800 off list price for $1000 it was a product the store was no longer going to carry and had been sitting around in back collecting dust. It is name brand not off brand either. LCD's and LED are all the rage now so large Plasma's are falling out of favor. It was originally priced at $1800 but I got them to give it to me for $1000......the Manager marked it down then gave me her discount.....So my trumpet fund which was up to $1200 is now empty..........My living room is really long and a small TV cannot be seen from the sofa. Never fails though that something comes up that empties my trumpet fund..........Oh well once I am out of college and working regular hours I can get caught up on trumpets!
