Yep, it's a customized Conn director cornet...looks like one of the ones from the 50's.

Yes I was just talking about the custom metal work not the horn I agree Conn Cornet. Having made some patch's and soldered them on I can say it is not easy to get that nice seamless fit must have been some serious scraping and buffing involved.
