I am a Freshman at Onondaga Community College in upstate New York. I have been playing trumpet since late November of 2005 and plan on continuing to play as a hobby as I go through college unless I find a way to make a career out of it. I play in a brass quintet at OCC, but I also enjoy all types of jazz and classical music.
My horn is a Besson Stratford, made in England, 1964, with a yellow brass, hand hammered one-piece bell, pear-topped valves, and a raw brass finish... and plenty of ugly spots which I need to polish off.
