| Hi - I'm a retired semi-professional trumpet player. I've moved on to playing keys now and have joined this site mainly to sell my horn. I play in a progressive rock band in Gainesville FL called Locochino. We like to call our genre progadelic. I found that over the last 5 years or so I just didn't have a need to play the horn and the few times Ive attempted to get back into shape I found the maintenance requirements to be unrealistic for me. An hour a day every day of my life just doesn't end up happening - and I remain frustrated with an inability to utilize the horn anywhere near my past capabilities. I hate to sell my horn but Id like to see it alive and being used by someone who will appreciate it. Otherwise it may just sit in my closet for the rest of my life. |
