The Mesquite Community Band will present a concert on Saturday, October 15, entitled “Interstellar Adventures.” As you would surmise from the title, the concert will feature music that has been inspired by outer space. Selections will include: Mars, Interstellar Fanfare, Fly Me to the Moon, Goodnight Moon, Star Wars, and many more. The concert will take place at the Mesquite Arts Center, 1527 N. Galloway Avenue, in Mesquite. The performance time is 7:00 pm. All Mesquite Community Band concerts are free of charge and open to the public. The conductor of the band is Steve Andre. |
