Just curious,
Does Monette usually respond quickly to emails and such? I sent them one at least a month or two ago with questions I had about their mouthpieces and such. After a week I was informed that Jason at the shop was on vacation but would respond soon.
He still hasn't, is this normal? |

In my experience that is not normal. I'd give them a call or send another email in case something odd happened with the first message you sent. _________________ Matt Dalton |

Also my experience is that no, that is not normal. I have contacted them by phone and email on more than one occassion and have always received prompt, helpful, responses. My experience is that they are similar to Schilke in that they are very accomadating.

I never had any problems with Monette's customer service. Always was someone at the shop willing to take my call and talk mouthpieces with me. Not getting a response from them is not normal for them. Email probably just got lost or accidentally deleted. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service, but they are human too. |

I’m not sure what the problem is but they generally reply back soon and have been helpful. |
