Hi Friends,
I went to the ZAJA Oil website to buy some valve oil and slide lube but wasn't able to purchase any. I tried calling their number but got no response. Does anyone know if they're still in business?

Maybe it's a sign that it's time to switch to Ultra Pure. _________________ Stomvi VRII Bb

With due respect: Roche-Thomas. I have used it on every piston instrument from picc to BBb tuba since the early '70's.
It lasts; it does not dilute; it has no offputting odor; it does not foul, get sludgy or foamy; it is compatible with any slide grease; It is relatively inexpensive, especially when you purchase a 16-oz bottle to refill the 1- or 2-ounce bottles we all keep in each instrument case.
If you have "vintage" (read: worn) valves, you can put a couple of drops of pharmaceutical grade mineral oil ($2/pint at WalMart) to increase the viscosity to seal the valves with no loss of velocity. Helluva lot cheaper than Hetman Classic!!! (and doesn't cause alien sludge)
Yes, for the long haul of over four decades of playing everything from picc to BBb tuba: I have tried them all, been given them all, scavenged from the cases of purchased used horns all, and always revert to Roche-Thomas. _________________ King Super 20 Trumpet; Sov 921 Cornet

But four out of five doctors recommend Colgate toothpaste.
But that doesn't answer the OP's question either.
