I am taking trumpet lessons at a small Christian university in the town where I live. My teacher recently told me that some of his trumpet students had been after him to put together a trumpet choir/ensemble. He has invited me to be a part of this group, so I thought it would be great if I could find some God honoring music composed for a trumpet choir/ensemble. We have up to eight trumpets, so whatever works is what we’re looking for. Does anyone have an idea where we might find such arrangements? I thank you for any information you may be able to share.

Thanks Rickperson, I sent a message to tiger music through their website. We'll see what happens.

Nothing quite says "God honoring music" like "Zowie! Goes The Weasel."

No "God honoring music" on this page either. Sorry, "God Honoring" was never a high priority for me.

I know what you're thinking. Yes, I'll probably roast in hell!

Hi Jay, and thanks for the link to your free downloads. What a talented guy you are, and I love you sense of humor. One example: WWJD = what would Jay do? I’m sure there are few dull moments around the house for your wife or Lumpy to endure.

I sent your link to my teacher, who I’m sure, will be appreciative of your work and generosity.

As you know, music is multi-faceted. Professional musicians like yourself, and hobby musicians like me, are found in every genre of music. For me, the trumpet has always been an instrument of praise; therefore, the majority of the music I play is “God honoring.” If you knew my story, you would understand, and I would be happy to share it if you’re interested.

Thanks again Jay.
