Does anyone know of a dentist that has some experience in replacing the front four or so teeth of a trumpet player? Must be a specialist in the NJ/NY/Conn area?

I'm not sure about your area, but Jim Manley from St. Louis has a great Dentist. He's a trumpet player himself and has help many pro's, including Maynard Ferguson a some time before he passed.
