I wanted to share a video of me playing the Ablassen Fanfare. I was excited to post a video with my Bach Artisan Piccolo Trumpet (AP190) since there weren't many real-world examples of it being played on this site.

I hope it's ok I'm sharing my own content. If not, I can always take it down.

Hi, I haven't heard that in quite awhile. Good job, where can I get a copy of the music. I used too have it, but have moved a few times. Just jot a new pic and want to get in shape for the Christmas season.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the kind words.

I found a copy for Piccolo Trumpet in A here: http://www.stewmuse.com/AbblasenFanfare.pdf

It's also in the portrait of Gottfried Reiche as seen here: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/483AdTgZP14/hqdefault.jpg

Nice! I add my playing of the Fanfare.. not to compare but for me it was to hear my new Bach Artisan picc in a church and posting to hopefully demonstrate that the new Bach piccolo is a wonderful instrument. (not my best, this is after the rehearsal and full Catholic wedding-a bit fatigued)

They left me in the chapel alone on wedding day... what would you do?
