Looks like a cornet from the turn of the century (1900).

I have already checked horn-u-copia.
I couldn't find any instruments similar to the one in question.

I just don't know where else to look for information.

I'm aware that the model is fairly rare.

I'm sure it's rare.

The problem is, there's not that much of a market for these horns. There's decent number of them floating out there - not necessarily your specific cornet, but cornets from that era. A lady brought one in today. Very similar to yours - but a Wurlizer. There's more instruments out there to buy that people interested in buying them.
