I'm not sure where to put this so I started the topic here.

I've been having problems with the valves on my Adams Flugelhorn. Monster Oil has a product that they made just for Adams. I ordered a bottle to try it out. When it didn't arrive right away, I called and spoke with Joel. Joel is one of the three guys who started Monster.

What a great talk. I felt like I was just talking to another player. Because that's exactly what it was. Joel apologized. It seems that everyone is catching on to Monster. He got the order to me right away. I tried the oil and my Adams valve problem is solved. Great stuff!!

And then I got another shipment with more oil and some Monster slide grease. Holy cow these guys are great.

So here's the bottom line. I am now a huge Monster fan.

I ordered the standard Fast Oil, Slide Oil and Slide Grease.

I was impressed with all 3, however the valves became sluggish after a short while. I emailed them and they sent me the Faster Oil free of charge. It did the trick. Great stuff. I offered to return the original oil but they insisted I keep it in case I need it to a future horn.

Outstanding customer service and great products.
