I've enjoyed the Hip Bone 15 and 20 minute warm up books. During the week, I alternate between the two since I have < 30 minutes to practice before work. I don't really use them as a warmup for longer practice sessions, but they are nice for a good practice session when I'm crunched for time.

Here are a few options to consider:
Schlossberg’s “Daily Drills and Technical Studies” – Pick one or two studies from section 1, and then one study each from sections 2-7.
Eric Bolvin’s “The Progressive Warm Up”
Michael Sachs’ “Daily Fundamentals” – There are recommended warm up sequences on page 39.
Michael Davis’s 15 and 20 Minute Warm Up books (already mentioned) are fine as well. |

I got good results by using An Integrated Warmup by Laurie Fink. If you're resourceful, you can get it off the web as PDF for free. _________________ "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn." Bird

May I be so bold as to recommend Warm-Up Magic?
It comes three ways:
Hard-Copy Book
eBook (PDF)
Two-Fer (both hard-copy and PDF)
It's a perfect way to start every playing day on a solid foundation of embouchure building, not tearing down.
And, yes, this is a formula for designing your own 15-20 minute warm-up. _________________ Puttin’ On The Ritz |

Thanks for this recommendation. For others that are searching, it's Laurie Frink. _________________ - Keith |

This Basic Caruso routine from Markus Stockhausen is something I have often used as a warm up.
All the best,

Your warm up should be contingent upon how you feel each day. Sometimes you overplay the days before, and need a light warm up (with emphasis on light tonguing/resting). Sometimes you’re off the horn for days and need to bring out more lip slurs and mp buzzing sirens.
Also be able to play well without a warm up so it’s not a crutch. |

I always find the Chicowitz Flow Study a calm, relaxing, and efficient way to get things moving. |
