Is the stamp five note pattern the scale patterns( c d e f g f g f g f e d c) or the c d c g a g c thing? Thanks!

The signature Stamp warm up is the second figure.

The first figure is just the beginning of what I've heard referred to as Stamp scales.

Hmmmm, I believe the first set is the mouthpiece warmup and the second set is a part of his flow studies.

Most definitely worth purchasing the book

And try to seek out a stamp studnent as a teacher (or second generation stamp student)

Stamp is SO MUCH MORE than a warm up
