Hi, everyone! I just picked this one up as part of a group of mutes on eBay. Thought it looked interesting. My best guess before I bid on it, was that it was an older Emo Harmon mute, but now that I have it, I can see that the only marking on it is where it's stamped Made In France.

It's pretty lightweight aside from the stem, which is brass with a copper bell on the end which has been painted blue. Very nice sounding mute. Open blowing, buzzy, but mostly low frequencies. I only had time to play on it for about a half hour this evening, but it's a keeper for sure.

Anyone have any idea who might have made this one? Thanks for your assistance.
