So I went with some friends and watched the Mnozil Brass perform live the other night at Clemson University...... words can’t even describe! They are awesome! An absolutely very impressive show. Incredible musicians, incredibly entertaining, and very impressive skills, endurance, range, and sound! In addition they really have a great sense of humor and know how to entertain. This is my new favorite brass group! All I can say is thank you for helping to make music fun!
So.....who is your favorite brass ensemble (quintet or otherwise)? _________________ Gregory Lindquist

I've seen Mnozil twice. Both times they were so good it's almost impossible to describe.
They tend to play out-of-the-way places in America, but it is worth traveling however far you have to go to see them live. Their records and DVDs are great but nothing compares to their sound in person. They are all wonderful, but Thomas Gansch has one of the most electrifying trumpet sounds you'll ever hear. _________________ Yamaha 8310Z trumpet
