How to register for marketplace

I've messaged Trumpetherald but haven't heard back.

When I try to register for selling on the Marketplace I get:

I don't have a PIN, because I cannot register.

Anyone know how to register?

There are a number of Marketplace activation threads in the Announcements sub-forum; take a look there, and if that does not help, PM the sysadmin username trumpetherald.
