Hello to all
I have been playing for a while but for the last few months when I play I get pain in that area Does any one ever experience that.I do have cervical issues.along with back concerns.

Yes, particularly when sitting with the wrong posture. It's probably from tightness and weak muscles in the back from lack of proper exercise. I would recommend going to a chiropractor. Maybe he can recommend some good stretching exercises or equipment such as a foam roller in such a way that you won't hurt yourself. Good luck!
