20 years of diabetes is slowly causing me to go blind.
But the new thing is that a few minutes ago I turned on my computer and the type on my screen seems to be about 60 percent of normal size.
But my computer says that this *is* normal size.
Now I realize that even the keys of my keyboard look smaller, farther away.
What is going on?
A couple of months ago I had several small strokes,
but I don't feel like this is a stroke.

On a Windows machine pressing and holding the control key while moving the scroll wheel on the mouse will enlarge or shrink text. My mother will accidentally do that and then cannot figure out how to return it to normal. |

I am using Google Chrome browser.
If I deviate from regular text size,
a magnifying-glass symbol in the upper-right corner of the browser window will indicate it and offer the chance to restore to regular text size.
That shows that I am set for regular text size right now.
Maybe I am having another stroke,
just a different manifestation because a different part of the brain is being affected this time.
Or maybe I played too many High G's today.
They are very bad for me in my fragile health,
and they sound terrible,
and they irritate the neighbors,
and they probably rupture blood vessels in my brain,
but I've been addicted o them for so many years...
I am so sick of being sick...
I'm not afraid of dying, because I know where I am going.
I just hate being sick before I get to go there.
Thanks for offering the advice.
I really do appreciate it.
Most people in TH just ignore me.

If things look different on TV and when reading a book, call your retinal surgeon!!! _________________ Schilke B5

I was just curious.
No need for alarm.
Even if it were a stroke,
at this point in my life I am not worried about it.
Just curious because never heard of such a thing before.
