Help Identifying a New Horn

Today, while browsing through my local yard sales, I encountered a "Artcraft Soloiste." I picked it up because it was $35, came with a vintage Rudy Muck 13C, and had 3 mutes as well. I was wondering if it was worth restoring because it has a crease on the bell and a dent in the bell crook. It has the serial number 0908, and it would be nice if someone was able to provide more information on it.

Good buy on the trumpet and mutes. Mutes are worth the $35.00 dollars.
