Jens Lindemann is on Canadian TV news, playing trumpet for people stranded by a snow storm. But what really matters is, what is that horn he's playing? I think it's an Amati Rainbow. Better to use that in a snowstorm than his main horn, of course:

People are welcome to correct me if I'm wrong, but Jens is a Yamaha artist (he makes a huge deal out of it in some concerts for great comedic effect) and often makes the gag that he likes the show 'Pimp my ride' and had Yamaha complete a similar exercise for the finish of his trumpet.
I think its one of the top end Xeno trumpets, but maybe someone else can jump in with the exact model designation?
It's a Yamaha with a custom finish made by Don Sawday. I'm more interested in Stomvi MaxiClappers that he's using and how he managed to fit them in his horn.

They give you a super tone. Insta-pro sound
Stomvi says they only fit Stomvi trumpets, yet Jens is playing a Yamaha. That’s what I’m curious about.

People will believe anything:)! But I'm sure these do nothing for your sound.
It's like saying a hammer will work better because of a notch in the handle. Pure placebo effect as with most all trumpet gadgets:)

I wish I was there. Life long tickets...damn. Jens I will tow you out of a ditch in a snow storm anytime.
Just to explain to all the rest of the trumpet herald community, Jens Lindemann was merely fulfilling the dream of every Canadian trumpeter. I love how all the cars participated. Just like being at a hockey game. _________________ R Moore
