Any particular reason?
Excuse to safari maybe? (Potentially dangerous question). |
To avoid going too far into uncharted territory on the safari.
My possibly incorrect assumption is that if someone is comfortable with the Shew Lead I might find something else they like to be functional. _________________ Getzen Eterna Severinsen

From my expiriance the Shew lead is a great lead piece but the rim is razor sharp for my taste , if like it but the rim is the problem send it to Reeves shop to cut the rim and add a 42 rim , a friend of mine as do this and he loves it.

I don't have a problem with the rim - it's pretty much my current favorite mp but I don't discount the possibility that I could like something better. _________________ Getzen Eterna Severinsen

Long ago I had a Yamaha Bobby Shew Lead. Gambled on a Monette LT BLD and stuck with it for about 8 years before I started exploring larger equipment.
Edit: I just remembered that I had a Giardinelli 5M and a Stork 3C at that time that I also enjoyed quite a lot. The 3C was definitely a lot bigger and I used it for concert band and brass ensemble at the time. _________________ Kevin |
