Anything by Eric Ewazen is good! Prelude and Fugue and Concert Fanfare are two of my favorites, but there are a lot of pieces. Morales wrote a piece called Cityscapes that's pretty great, and I've played another one by him too but I can't remeber the name. You might also want to watch the NTC trumpet ensemble division on YouTube for more ideas. My trumpet ensemble director also composed/arranged a lot of music for us, and some members of the group composed as well. Best of luck!

Or lastly, I recently created a Variations on Haydn's 2nd mvmt. (from the concerto)
Pretty fun piece, for 6 trumpets.
Let me know if you're interested in that one. Right now my website is only set up to order the trumpet/piano version.
Before I go, however, I'd also support the recommendation of Erik Morales' music. Good stuff!
