What are the notes on those fast triplets in Capriccio Espagnol please?

Ah, the notes are fast triplets. Not trying to be pedantic, but are you after the pitches? Think Bb major arpeggio without the 3rd. Bb and F. Now all you need to do is have a listen and you're good to go. the part is also in the public domain so you can easily find it and print it out.
