This was published in 1979 and I have not found it for sale anywhere. Do any of you know who may carry this or is it permanently out of print?

UMass had it in their syllabus this year, You could try asking them where they got it from (though, of course, they might have had it since 1979!)

Pretty sure the Warren Barker Concerto is out of print. As above, maybe a university library will have a copy.
