Quick informal poll here:

Can anyone assist me with a list (or number) of universities in the United States with multiple trumpet professors?

Can be any combination of associate, adjunct, or other.

Thanks!

Man, do you know what an open-ended question that is?

This'll get you started: https://trumpet.music.unt.edu/faculty

i would say that any school with a medium sized music department would have at least two trumpet profs, especially if you include adjunct.

Rice, San Francisco, CCM, Indiana, Eastman, New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory/Berklee, Temple, University of Georgia, CIM, University of Southern California, North Texas, Juilliard, Manhattan, Mannes, to name a few.

Most top schools have multiple professors, especially ones around metropolitan areas.
