My beginner students have gotten past the basics of sound production and reading so now it's time to get into some basic expression. Dynamics are a relatively simple concept but obviously very important and this video covers just about everything a student needs to know.

This video covers basic and extreme dynamics, gradual and sudden changes, and also explains how the piano go its name.
