Just picked up a Getzen K series valve/slide trombone.

Are the springs the same ones used in the Getzen line of trumpets? They look similar.

Thanks.

Correct. We have them at the shop should you want to purchase a set. We open tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM EST. Call 978-823-0850 or email sales@osmun.com to request them.

James,

Reference a previous thread: https://www.trumpetherald.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1479568

Never got a good answer on the availability of the older (and softer) Getzen springs, which I'd still like to try. Are there any such choices in those you stock?

So sorry to say, no, only the current firmer Getzen valve springs.
