I don't know Bach models well and don't have any piccolos, but from what I can tell someone is about to be disappointed. A missing button insert on a relatively new horn always mean Chinese knockoff in my experience:
Goodwill Bach
Chinese Bach
Is a 'Prelude by Bach' piccolo even a thing?

No.
Bach did or does make “Prelude” instruments, but the are student Bb trumpets, no piccolos. They only make pro line Stradivarius piccolos, and only one model, I think. _________________ LA Benge 3X Bb Trumpet
