I saw this for sale on ebay, and the seller describes it as a good horn, but says it runs flat, and also says it was made in the US but was really made in China (!). This is fake, right? The price is great for a slightly out of turn Bach but pricey for a knock-off.

Definitely not a Bach; I have early version of 183 Flugelhorn that differs from the later versions that have the "trumpet-like" top-sprung valve block.

While eBay photo shows straight-through, bottom-sprung valve block like early version of 183, it looks all wrong with the connecting ferrules and bell crook.

It looks a lot like a Chinese "copy" (just the label on the bell, I guess) I bought off of Aliexpress for about USD 250.
