A few weeks ago I bought a copy of the above 2-CD which is an "autobiographical retrospective of the recording career of the renowned British jazz cornetist"
This, in turn, lead me to Digby's duets with pianist Stan Barker "The Definitive Duets" Volumes 1 & 2. These are absolutely superb recordings with both players on terrific form and, to my ears, are up there with the best of them -- truthfully, I didn't realise he was so bloody good!
