We lost an active member of our TH community, and I am sorry to bear the bad news but I thought some of you might want to know. Jayson Rowe passed unexpectedly on June 2. His handle on TH was JaysonR.

I do not know what happened. I know he was hospitalized due to complications from his hemophilia a few weeks ago, but he was released and I thought he was doing better.

I only found out he passed because it was posted on the church Facebook page. If you would like more info about a memorial etc., I assume it will be posted there. https://www.facebook.com/conwaybclife/

I'm so sorry to hear this. I didn't know Jayson personally, but chatted with him a few times about mouthpieces and other stuff.

Moderators,

he has an ad on the marketplace that should be removed, if that is possible.

Oh my, I am sorry to hear this.

I had decided a few years ago to try some 1C size pieces. Jayson was selling some of his as he was thinking of downsizing to a 3 size. One I got from him was a Curry 1CH, a Curry 1C that was a Herseth copy.

After a couple of years Jayson asked if I was using it as he missed it. I wasn’t and said I would sell it back to him at what he sold it to me. I said that if he ever decided again to sell it to let me know. He paid more than I asked for it.

I last bought a piece from him in February of this year.

We just chatted by email over mouthpieces but he was always friendly and helpful like he was in his posts.

May you rest forever in God’s peace and glory, Jayson.

— Joe
