Jeff, or anyone else, forgive my idiocy, but if I have a Windows computer with access to YouTube, how do I access your videos? Thanks. _________________ "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn." Bird

I suggest the ZOOM link. You will probably have to install a small software package.
And verify that your computer actually has a microphone if you want to talk - a camera is not a requirement. You might have to plug an external mic into your computer if it doesn't have a built=in one.

PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.

Ah, that's too much trouble to me, but thanks, Jay. I really appreciate it.
I'll just read similar information from the panel members in other formats. Thanks for letting me know what I would have to do just to hear an interview. _________________ "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn." Bird

What I heard today was quite good, I plan to join all the sessions on Friday.
I heard the last few minutes of Roy Poper talking about James Stamp (and then some follow-on chat with Roy and others that was very informative.
I also listened to the entire session with Jeff Purtle about Claude Gordon - also very interesting.
Using Zoom is quite easy, and no microphone or camera is needed.
Thru the 'chat' feature of Zoom, you can write questions or comments, and likely have them addressed as part of the session.
My thanks to K.O. Skinsnes for hosting these sessions.

Perhaps something happened while I was asleep here on the other side of the world, but it seemed to me as though the conversation was getting somewhere helpful and relevant. Ah, well. |
