Hey all,
I've been doing a lot of research and testing on practice organization over the past year or so, and I wanted to share what I've learned. Instead of going over some routine that I do, I wanted to make a video sharing 4 pillars that my practice adheres to in order to ensure I'm practicing deeply and making effective use of my time.
Even though our practice sessions may not look exactly the same, I'm hoping that if you're able to think about and apply some or all of this method to your practice, it will aid in getting more out of the work you're already doing in your practice sessions. Hope you enjoy!
